CANCELLATION POLICY
BEFORE August 1st 2007– A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to cancellations before this date.
FROM August 2nd 2007– No refund is given although registrations can be transferred to an alternative delegate. ABSTRACT REJECTED - If you have submitted an abstract that is completely rejected by the program committee (not deemed suitable for an oral or poster presentation) you will be entitled to a refund of your entire registration fee without penalty. Please make a request in writing to the conference organisers

The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
